Looking for a book title
Permalink

So today at work I was joking around and told a coworker if I spent any more time at home I was going to start eating the wallpaper.
Then I remembered a book I read in Jr. High school. I don’t remember much but it was about a woman locked in a room. At the end she was crazy and eating the wallpaper. So did she go crazy because she ate the wallpaper or did she go crazy and eat the wallpaper?

I’m guessing it was for a psychology class maybe 77 or 78.

Any ideas on title?

It was the glue.

The Yellow Wallpaper?

I still remember that book, too! I see shapes and patterns easily in things, and when I see it in marble and wallpaper, I always think of that book and wonder if I'm losing my mind.

Perhaps you are?  but the new mind seems creative.

If I've lost it, it was a long time ago and it is the new normal for me.
