Doing my month end billing. A disaster because I also have to do change of address information for all my government contracts. Hunting down the right person (not to mention even the right department) for 6 different programs has been a multi-hour nightmare. I'm literally including a 8.5x11 print out of "Here is my new address...." with every billing packet.
