Happy Mother's Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The boys brought me breakfast in bed complete with coffee and mimosas! They gave me a #45 (Presidential) puzzle, a t-shirt that has the recipe for quarantini, and a roll of TP. LOL And a bouquet of tulips and irises. Tonight DH will pick up prime rib dinner from the club and my parents will join us on the patio.

Kids made me breakfast and bought me flowers. I've spent most of the morning working on my jigsaw puzzle. about to take the dog for a walk.

Happy Mother's Day, everyone!

Wasn't feeling up to par when I got home from work yesterday early afternoon. Spent most of the day sneezing, blowing my nose, coughing and sleeping off and on. Took some meds and a breathing treatment. Went to bed and awoke this morning with a very stiff neck and massive headache. Took some excedrin, made my coffee, ate a banana and just rested. Not doing much today but I do feel a bit better.

Struggling to find good TV to watch. Started Land Girls on Netflix. Also started Alias Grace on Netflix. Both are pretty good.

Afternoon!

Happy Mother's Day!

I enjoyed a wonderful church service this morning. My kids have me a 5 gallon aquarium, complete with cool, led figures, plant life, and shells. They got me a stand for it, several of the lotion I love, Caitlyn painted me a picture, a new flamingo with snorkel gear, and 2 gift cards, 1 for Hobby Lobby and the other is for Dollar Tree. Did I mention Hobby Lobby is starting to put out their Christmas stuff?

Oh! And a pineapple ring holder, and huge, pink flamingo beach towel! It's so big, it's like a blanket.

We grilled burgers, dogs, and chicken, had all the fixins.

Inaugural paddle board outing today! 2.5hrs on the water - I am going to hurt so badly tomorrow! And I have one of those sunburns on my shoulder that is the outline of the hand I used to try to smear sunscreen there. Good times.

Good luck, Momala. Love you!

You guys have given me some good ones to watch. I started "The Stranger" on Netflix. So far it's pretty good but I'm a little confused by it. Confused enough to keep me interested to see what happens.

I feel slightly better than Sat or yesterday. Still sneezing occasionally but I have to believe it's allergy related. It just seemed really strange how it came on so suddenly mid Saturday. Anyway, I have a four-hour shift this morning so I'll be home by noon. And, I'm off tomorrow. Hopefully will get some laundry done. I hate that it's communal laundry so I have my clorox wipes ready to go. UGH!

Lost had a lot of unanswered questions and was weird. I believe what happened was that the writers were on a roll and then the writer strike happened and they either got new writers or the original lost track of their storyline. It wasn’t the same after the strike.

Mother’s Day was ok, didn’t really celebrated since I didn’t want to take away from my grandsons 2nd birthday party.
