Happy Monday!wink

Sunny, and heading for a high of 90 today.

Cate is coming down to play.

We will probably have to make a PetSmart run after we drop her off. Cat food is getting low.

Not much else is gong on here.

How about you?

I hope everyone has a good day!smile

I have a neurology appointment this morning. Got to find out why I have fallen so much this year.

Its hair appointment day! Later this afternoon. So happy.

Its drizzly here. I am hoping for some sun mostly for the veggie garden. Can't wait to see the plants double in size, should happen by the end if the week.

HAHAHAHA!  I have a new appreciation for Little House on the Prairie.  Since I've been working from home, I have set up a desk on the porch and watch Little House all morning.  I LOVE this show!

We just got an email from Corporate that we will be working from home until AT LEAST July 6th. I thought I would hate it. But I am SO much more productive. All the shoulder taps that distract me are no more. They only distraction I have is that AS SOON as I get on a call, G either starts vacuuming or loading the dishwasher, or calls his deaf friends on speakerphone and they yell at each other! LOL!

I lived on Little House growing up. The neurologist talked about possible MS.

I love Little House, too.

Sorry to hear that, NJN.

Was going to get Jewel into swimming lessons, but looks like no one is doing them this year. So guess will get a small pool for the yard and get her started.

It's thundering now and then, and it's dark, but no rain.

Happy Monday.

It is. When I lived in WV, I would go a couple times a year. It's my father's favorite restaurant, and he would take me when he was visiting.

I have an MRI scheduled on the 28th.  Plus some blood work.  I go back to the neurologist in a month.  He said I have a definite marked decrease in feeling in my lower extremities plus a pretty big loss of balance.  He said I'm way too young to have fallen so many times this past year.

Thank you. Last June I fell and broke my arm in 15 places. Literally shattered the bone. They went in and tried to set the bone but that didn't work. They called in a trauma surgeon who went in a second time and put in donor bone. He attached the donor bone to the bones that were there and pinned everything together. A week later the whole thing had fallen apart. They called in another surgeon who did a complete reverse shoulder replacement with a pin from my elbow to my new joint. I had many complications from it and am still going to therapy to try to get full use of it back. I was left with only partial feeling in my hand. Since then my other hand has gone partially numb and I am completely numb from the waist down. I have movement but no feeling. My balance is really not so good. I tripped twice more over the year and broke ribs once. Second time I was left badly bruised and battered but broke nothing. Then in February I fell and shattered my cheekbone. I honestly had many people asking if I was a victim of domestic violence. I am not. Some people have told me that I'm doing it on purpose for attention but I can assure you that I would not choose to suffer from all these injuries on purpose. The neurologist told me I definitely have something going on. At least that made me feel better. I've had to become really aware of my surroundings when I walk. Anyway, it's been a difficult thing to face and begin to come to terms with.

Thank you.  The scariest part is that living alone simple things like showering can be really dangerous.  I have this irrational fear I'm going to fall in the shower and not be able to get help.

Well, if you're falling a lot and are really brittle it might be a good thing.  Can you imagine if you were alone with the littles again?

I would probably wear it if I could wear it on my wrist.  When I fell in February I was alone with the littles.  I blacked out for a minute.  My son was on his way over though.
