 Not sure what you don't understand.  Lots of insurance coverage doesn't exist for wide spread destruction that is not natural disasters.  Although insurance companies don't have to pay due to water damage when there is a hurricane, hence why there is a federal program for that.  Did you know you aren't even covered for earthquakes unless you have a rider on your policy?  Premiums would be unaffordable if all these things were covered.  It actually protects most policy holders.

 I agree, I would hate to think my grandchildren would be made to feel like they are at fault because they are white, for that matter a black child isn’t as good as a white child.  That saying brings up bad feelings on both sides and continues to cause divisions.

One of the reasons I can't take BLM seriously is that they don't REALLY care about black lives.  They pick and choose the black lives they choose to be incensed about.  Just recently there was a 77 year old retired black cop that was shot and killed trying to stop someone from looting a TV.  Not one word was heard about him.  No one got angry that he was killed unjustly.  No one protested on his behalf.  His death was largely ignored.  Where is all the attention for him?  Last month a 7 year old black girl was shot by a black man.  No one protested her death.  No one talked about how unjust that was.  Nope, BLM just picks and chooses who they decide to turn into a martyr.

 Chicago alone young black men are murdered daily and no one cries for justice for them, black officer protecting a court house was shot in the head by a drive by shootin, they vandalized a civil war monument that was to honor a black military unit. They talk about being ignorant of their history and didn’t even know or cared what the monumen stood for.

Oh I totally agree. When Trump mentioned sending in the military, I knew he meant after the rioters, looters and arsonists, not the peaceful protesters. If the cities cannot get control then I'm all for sending in the military!

Their elected officials made very poor decisions during the corona pandemic that caused a lot of infected people with the virus and wouldn’t call up the national guard to help the police just to defy Trump.

 "They don't deserve to recover" seems a little over the top.  I can't imagine a situation in which I would hope that someone/thing couldn't get back on their/it's feet after a disaster.
