Tried to roll over; didn't work; up since 5:30. UGH

Good Tuesday morning. It's looking pretty dreary out there and rain is moving in . . . again! UGH!

Woohoo!!! DGD graduated HS last night in a drive-by parade. I cannot believe how fast that 18 years went. Lots of memories came flooding back. Each senior (and parents) drove to the front of the HS, senior got out, was presented their diploma and then got back in the car and drove around a specific route around town to be cheered on. A class of approximately 250. Thankfully, DGD was in the first third. It was definitely a different experience than "normal" graduation ceremonies. But the city turned out in full force to cheer them on.

Working a half shift this afternoon and then meeting up with DGD to do some flower shopping. Should be fun!

Overcast here for now. Not sure what the weather has in store. It was starting to sprinkle a little a few minutes ago.

Our garage door opener stopped working last night, so the guy came and fixed it this morning. Everything was still under warranty. I guess the wiring went out or something. He re-wired the whole thing.

My hometown did a Grad parade too. It is horribly sad that they aren't being honored in the traditional way, but I'm glad that they are being celebrated this way.

Moved all my stuff into the new office yesterday! A whole 2 chairs, 1 filing cabinet, 2 side tables, a air purifier, heater/cooler and a bin of office supplies with some side tables. A whole lot of not much. Off to Homesense/Winners today for throw pillows, garbage cans, maybe another lamp. Also in search of a nice soft blankie. Need a curtain rod and some floating shelves too. The windows are about 9ft long, so choosing a good rod is going to be important.

Hi everyone!

Glad the frauds had some sort of send off. Our high school is planning graduation in July. The surveyed students and parents and so this is what they are doing.

Chilly this morning but it has warmed up. Veggies are growing like weeds.😂

My essentials will be here soon.

I planted my pepper plants the other day and they might be suffering a little shock even though I hardened them. They'll recover. My tomato plants are doing great. And I still have a ton of lettuce.

I love cinnamon rolls. Especially with pecans and caramel.

Schlotzkys sell cinnabon Cinnamon rolls that are to die for.

But I can't eat a whole one. It's just way too much.

They were requested with raisins. ICK! But I am making them for him so he gets what he asked for. I have a copycat recipe of the ones Schlotzkys sells. Mine are even better! I do the whole kneading and double rise thing. I put them in the fridge to rise overnight. I will take them out in the morning and let them warm up and then cook them. Frosting is already made and ready for spreading. Yum. Everyone loves them.
