Up crazy early for a dentist appointment.

I see a nap happening later.

Happy Monday, try not to step in anything.

Good morning! It's a pretty nice start to the day with full sunshine and a bit cooler. But, that won't last. Mid 90s for the day. Working today but a later shift than normal. And they've taken me off self scans and am back on register. It's a retaliation punishment for speaking out about their treatment of employees. But, I'd rather be on register because it's busier and I get to socialize more with the customers.

Other than that, it's Monday! Bah humbug! Enjoy your day!

I got to sleep in later than usual
because we've closed up the
stand. Expect it to reach into
the mid-90's, but that's okay.

Have an appointment to show
the rent house to prospective
new tenants at noon, so at
least I have time to get my
gear in motion.

And the present tenant came
over yesterday, and said they
want to stay until the end of
the month, and would pay us
on Friday, when she gets paid.
I didn't think they would be out
by the 10th.

I did not get news I wanted, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be.

I need two extractions, 5 fillings, and something he called a debridement(sp?) cleaning.

I was thinking he'd say I needed false teeth.

This the result of blood pressure meds, RA, and Lupus.

Now I need clearance from my heart doctor to get my teeth pulled.

I'm on time table people!

You should make you some watermelon wine. And send us all a sample! Glad you got to sleep in.

My friend had all her teeth removed and she said it was the best thing for her.

Dentist appointment as well this morning. Novacaine hasn't completely worn off. PITA

I had a friend decades ago who had all her teeth removed too. She had bad teeth due to genetics.

Other than that just trying to ease in to a full work week.

I only have one this morning. The other two regulars are going to be here later as Dad has the day off. Thursday I have the drop in. His mom might be bringing him twice a week if things go well. I have two other drop ins too. Don't know when they'll be back. They were on vacation last week. Our governor is talking about not opening schools in the fall.

Good morning, Good Geeks!

I have a hair cut at one. And, an electrician is coming this afternoon to put in a new GFLI outlet in the garage.

We had a pretty good rain, last evening, and this morning. I don't need to run the sprinklers.

Starting to get packed. Paul and I head out early Wednesday morning.

I hope everyone has a good day.

I saw on one of those morning news shows while in the waiting room, one school system, New York I think, is going to divide it's school into groups. A-f will be physically in school one week, the next week will be another group, the last group the 3rd week. That way every kid can have the benefit of face to face learning, but classes will be easier to distance.

I think it might be a great compromise for some. A nightmare for others.

Y'all be careful. Stay aware of your surroundings. Have alternative routes if you hear about idiots blocking highways or riots

We're thinking of going up to the Catskills. The route looks like it goes around NYC, bypassing it altogether.

Wednesday will be Fort Worth to Kansas City. I don't think I will run into trouble.

Thursday, Kansas City to Columbus,OH. (Pickerington) Hopefully, no trouble there.

Friday is the short hop from Columbus, to Y-town.

Garmin, will warn me of accidents and tie ups. She'll ask if I want her to work me around it.

I'm hoping that travel on weekdays, will be better than weekend days.

So, fingers crossed, we should be okay.

The garage GFI outlet is replaced. Yay!

Now, I guess I'd better scare something up for dinner.biggrin

If you have the waze app on your phone, that's a good one, too, for travel. They tell you where the police are and anything else happening on your route.

I used to have the Waze app.

But, unless you have someone to man your phone, I never found it very helpful.

Paul sleeps, a lot, in the car. I can't count on him.wink

Garmin is pretty good. She has gotten me around more than one mess, over the years.

But thanks, for the reminder. I have used Waze, in the past.smile

That's true, it's helpful if someone else mans it.  I have mine set to talk so it tells me what I need to know and I don't have to look down at it.  DH's car has apple play so it comes up on his screen.  That's even better because he can interact with it while he drives with no more distraction than changing the radio station.

No, Momala, I have no idea how to make it. Maybe Google could help?

When traveling, I try to keep a local radio station on. They tend to tell things to avoid better.

I've looked for a recipe to make
watermelon wine, but can't find
any. Can any of you experts at
Google find one for me? Or more
than one?
Thanks.

Prospective tenants came right on
time, to look at the house. They
had her 17 y/o with them, as well
as their 5 y/o. 17 y/o lives with
her Dad, so will only be an occasional
visitor. They loved the house, and
filled out the application. He has a
moving company, and she works at
a local barber (The Grateful Head).
I think/hope they will be good
tenants. They are okay with moving
in at the end of the month. The only
thing they requested was that we get
a professional company to shampoo
the carpets - and I agree with them.

Good day today. The corona virus allowance from the government was transferred in my bank account. The equivalent of US$900 for every resident who has a registered address - citizen or not. Unfortunately, the ones who need the money the most (homeless, etc) do not have a registered address so they will get nothing.....

Hot, humid, raining - but still happy. LOL
