I stopped wearing contacts with COVID. I didn't care for the new prescription anyway, so it was an easy decision. I've been getting by with readers. I am due for an eye exam. I wonder if they'll accept the old ones I haven't opened yet It's been a year. Do they expire?

Gosh, I stopped wearing contacts when I was in my early 40's. I wasn't a good candidate for monovision. And, I needed bifocals. So, I hung it up, and went back to glasses.

Contacts were causing me to get a sty, every time I turned around, so I was wearing glasses more, anyway.

I don't know if they expire, FNW. Or, if they can take them back. Maybe they know of a place, where they could be donated?confuse

"Ask not, have not", as my friend Brandi always says. It wouldn't hurt to ask.smile
