So, for some reason, I can get into the main page of admin for this site, but it won't let me change anything. We have a pending user I have not been able to set so if you are seeing this, please be patient. I'm waiting on a response to my help ticket from Sparklit.

I sent her the tip for what I did. I could not log in to sparklit from my home or work computer. Apparently, there's an issue with the cookies. So I opened in incognito window and logged in using that. It worked!
If you have Windows, you can open an incognito window with Control-Shift-N
