Hot and muggy here. We dropped Kermit off at Ford. The A/C isn't working. Not a good thing, in August, in Texas.

Not much else is going on.

Good morning everyone! Raining here, so far this has been the wettest August since I can remember, which is good usually at this time we have a drought.

I would say it takes some talent to cut ones own hair, I wouldn’t even color my own hair, so kudos to those who do.

Hahaha Yep and believe it or not, I got it straight this time. It's really a simple cut since it's long, well, used to be until last night. 

Crazy busy day here. I had PT this morning. Then for a change we loaded up the kids and took them to Sonic. It felt good to get out of the house. We haven't really been anywhere since covid so it was nice to be out and about. The parks are opened back up. Maybe we'll go there soon. I'm doing more online ordering and pick up stuff lately. Not sure if I like it. I forgot a few things today. Probably because I didn't walk up and down the aisles. May have to place another order. Little boy learned how to drink out of a straw and is a fiend about it. I have to drink out of a straw since I can't feel one side of my face so I always have a straw in my drink. He's been drinking my iced coffee and my lemonade. Yesterday I had him drinking out of a cup with no sippy lid. He did really good. I ordered him some spill proof straw cups and they were supposed to come today but got pushed back to Thursday. Bummer. Tomorrow I go back to the eye surgeon for a check up. Glad this day is over.

Well, if he does know, I'm sure he's forgotten already! It'll be groundhog day for him from now on.

It would certainly be an easy way of paying down the national debt if they'd tax the crap out of it like they do cigarettes, gas, etc. 

I actually watched a documentary on legalizing drugs. While it was informative I don't agree with everything they said. But, they talked about the legal pot trade. They interviewed people who sell legal pot and all the struggles they face. They said you have to have $500,000 cash sitting in an account before they'll even let you proceed with the paperwork to begin to sell pot. The sellers talked about how hard it was for small business owners to make money off the pot trade and how big companies are all going to take over. Also, they interviewed legal growers and they talked about all the regulations involved and how it made it almost impossible to make a living.
