DD is supposed to get out of the hospital today. If so we're taking dinner out there.

So, totally my fault. TOTALLY! I usually watch the kids like a hawk. I mean that's my job. I get paid to do it. Well, the three two year olds were happily playing with all the travel coffee mugs in the pantry. My daughter zoomed me so I could see the baby. I was so excited. The kids were being so good so I went and sat on the sofa to zoom. It got really quiet. Yes, I said that. But I was zooming! I went to check on them and they had gotten the spice rack out and were proceeding to empty all the spices on the kitchen floor. Then, the dog at the chili powder and started vomitting profusely. All over the rug. And her poor eyes were tearing up like crazy. Needless to say the zoom call ended quickly. Sigh. Next time I'll know better.

Ordinary table sugar can help
with the heat from the chili
powder. Wet the puppy's lips
with milk, then sprinkle about
a teaspoon of sugar on his lips.
