Good morning, Good Geeks!

I woke up to a cool 49 degrees this morning. Heading for a high around 85. No rain in sight.

I need to call the Vet and schedule Jupiter's eye surgery. 

And run to the post office and mail a package.

Other than that, just some normal chores.

I hope IKWTDS came through her test okay. Fingers crossed.

Not much else is happening here. How about with you?

The essentials are here. I'm doing Christmas shopping. Amazon Prime Day!

It's dreary outside, but I need to go to the grocery store after the essentials leave.

The pool was closed yesterday so it looks so sad.

It's a dreary, yucky day here. Very misty out but no rain. I want to disassemble the deck but everything is wet so I'll have to wait until it dries out. I've had the last three days off from work. It's been nice not having to go in. I've managed to get a few more things done around the house and hope to get more done today but for now, I'm sippin my cuppa and watching the Confirmation hearing. She's doing an awesome job so far.

Dreary. I have a another preop appointment today. Surgery next week.
Colonoscopy was fine but will need more surgery. No suspected cancer though. Sigh, at least I am burning down my PTO.

Happy day all. Plan on shopping tonight. I deserve it.

I got my package mailed and I have Jupiter scheduled for surgery on Monday.

I need to decide what to make for dinner, and run to Kroger.

I bet your pool is a sad sight, FNW. I know how much you enjoy it!

I saw a bit of the hearing this morning, FS. I thought she was doing a great job.smile

I've been shopping Amazon Prime Day too. I have the grandbaby bought for for Christmas. Got DBF bought for. Got DS bought for. I just have to by for SS, SIL, and DD. But I know what I'm getting SS and SIL. DD is still a mystery. I'm feeling accomplished because I'm buying Christmas all on my own this year. I've managed to save a little money AND already have half my shopping done. Yeah me. I've decided to make hot chocolate bombs for my neighbors and daycare parents and also put a little bottle of Bailey's in the basket with some cookies. I'll make my famous sugar cookies and decorate them. Probably make rice krispy treats too.

Tonight I go out to hold the little baby. He's at the doctor right now. They think he's sick.

Good afternoon everyone! Hope your grandson feels better njn, it’s so sad when babies get sick, I need to buy some gifts on Amazon, didn’t realize this was amazon prime day and ordered some presents yesterday.
Glad your colonoscopy is over and done with ikwtd.

Doing laundry today and brought lunch to a friend, we are experiencing Summer again here, was 80 degrees today.

Just bought a 25" smart TV for my bedroom. It will fit inside my Armoire. I detest things except special pictures on the top of my bureaus'. Merry Christmas to me.

The hearing? MSM is blasting Amy for going to all girls school catholic schools. The dems are so insulting but she is holding her composer. If they keep it up tomorrow they are dead in the water and many more independents will run from them.

Can we hire someone to smack that smug, arrogant, condescending look off Harris's face? I got to see some of her inquiry with Amy and just wanted to smack her! UGH!
