Pouring here. I think we were only supposed to have a 20% chance of rain. Been coming down for about 5 hours. And of course the electricians are here to put up my outside lights on the porch. The fan can’t go up yet because the other guys haven’t installed the beam for it. Other than that I think it’s pretty much done. Oh, and the hand rail.

I bought a chicken. I'm going to try it in the air fryer tonight. I think it will fit.
I'll need an update for GG!
The bird was too big for the air fryer. It touched the stop of the burner (and after a couple minutes I could smell burning) so I took it out and put in the instant pot. Unless it falls off the bone, I'll put it in the broiler to crisp up the skin. Next time I'll see if I can find a smaller chicken and do the air fryer. I think it would be really good in it.
Or protecting against lawsuits. given the criteria for the CDC reporting on test results, I agree. die in a car accident but have COVID? yep you died from COVID, etc.

I'm so sick of all this covid crap. Now the CDC is saying it's a combined time of being around more than one person with covid that increases your risk of getting it. I can't take it any more!!! I just want to never see or wear another mask for the rest of my life!!!!!!!!!!!! ARGH!
Just got asked by the President
of our Community Association
(I'm the Treasurer) to make the
coleslaw for our Spaghetti Dinner
fundraiser Nov. 9th - I've got a
couple of really good recipes.
Have you ever tried freezing it?
The secret is to make it, but don't
use a mayonnaise dressing - it
will separate and curdle. Make
a sugar/vinegar dressing.
Pour boiling salted water over
shredded cabbage - let it sit for
at least an hour. Drain, and pour
a sugar, water, & vinegar dressing
over it. Pack in baggies (expressing
as much air as possible) and freeze.
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator;
drain, and add mayo dressing as
desired.
