I voted. It wasn't bad. A few people ahead of me and after me they stopped checking people in for a couple minutes so the line didn't go outside in the cold. They gave away pens that said "I voted in Fairfax County" to use to vote and to keep. They were cheap so it was hard to write with them but I got the job done. They asked if I wanted a privacy envelope and I said, "no thank you, I'm proud of my choices!" They chuckled. Then I went to the grocery store and bought TP, JIC. I know the cops I know in the county are ramped up today in anticipation of problems. There are certain areas where there has been burning, but not near me.

Our parking lot was full so I drove up the street and circled back and by the time I returned there were several spots available. In the past, I have had to park along the street or across the street. I think a lot of people in the area voted early. I just don't trust that. My gut says something is up with early voting. Like the dems want to know how far ahead Trump is so they can make up votes? I don't know. I can't put my finger on it, but it felt wrong.
I voted!!!!! I took my neighbor with me, even though she's voting Biden! Bah humbug It was relatively simple and fun. Only a handful of people in there other than the poll workers. We voted on our paper ballots, thanked the poll workers for being there and then went for breakfast.
Home doing some laundry now. Apparently the Dr appt I thought I had today at 4 is actually for the 17th. This is the second time the receptionist told me one day and wrote down another in the book. ARGH! It's a good thing I don't have to miss work for these screwups.
It's actually a beautiful day after the mess yesterday. Still somewhat breezy but temps are approaching 60 and by the weekend, supposedly up to near 70! I'll take it.
I read another board where the posters are predominantly under say . . . 40 / 45 and they are all voicing their anxiety and wanting a drink and that they're scared and on and on and on. The board is probably 98% Biden. It boggles my mind that they're so anxiety ridden over this to the point they want to drink, cry, wring their hands, etc.
I truly hope Trump wins and by the biggest margins possible! It's time to put Biden back in the box and let him fade away . . . more than his brain has already done.
Well, both sides have said they are lawyered up to fight if it doesn't go the way they want. If it's a landslide victory though, I'm not sure how one could fight that.

DH has a Fox News app on his iPad and he follows the map. I googled it and got the AP map. I hate to give Fox News any attention, they have become too liberal, but what choices are there. AONN is the best but I don't get that channel. Right Side Broadcasting on You Tube is good, too.
