Just finished the clean up. DS and GF did most of the dishes last night. I finished up this morning since we had company last night and was too tired to finish then.
I have a few errands to do but staying away from any retail store. Have to bring DD to work in a bit.

Sometimes you're the windshield, and sometimes you're the bug.
Morning! I’m currently at work but leaving in about 30 minutes but will be back later, sigh. I’m going to run to the grocery store for a few things and maybe the gym if it isn’t too crowded.
Just finished dinner rolls and gravy for breakfast. Mother of the year.
DH scheduled delivery of our new mattress today. A purple one? Who knows. Anyway, getting the bed ready for it's arrival. He scheduled a pick up of the old one for tomorrow. We have to get it down the stairs as soon as he gets out of the shower. Wish me luck.
Day-After Breakfast
Take a scoop of dressing/
stuffing, compact it, and
put it in sizzling butter or
bacon grease.* Let it
get nicely brown on one
side, without touching it.
Carefully turn it over, and
break an egg over it. Let
it get brown on the second
side, and the egg cooked
to your liking. Super easy
and it uses up one of the
leftovers.
* Bacon grease. I just
found commercial bacon
grease - next to Crisco
in my supermarket.
Triple filtered, with a
really good taste. Have
any of you come across
this?

I've never noticed! Next time I go to Kroger, I will check. They have lard...so maybe they carry this, too.
