SIL sent us her flavored up pretzel bits. I need the recipe. Or maybe I don't. I can't stay away from them. She sends them every year. I guess it was MIL's recipe and tradition at Christmas.
Just got back from our overnight
fishing trip. We didn't exactly get
"skunked", but the pickin's were
slim - one 6# yellow, and 4 1#
blues - not enough to get the
cleaning table & implements
dirty, so we released them. They
got lucky!
Tried a new restaurant for dinner
last night - it was FABULOUS!

George West, TX. Appetizer
fried mushrooms were enough
to feed four adults. DH had the
quail, and I had the chicken
fried steak. We both had left-
overs to bring back to the motel,
including sides of fried okra,
country style green beans, and
the best baked potato I've had
in ages. Baked - really baked,
and stuffed with whipped butter.
Yummmmm.
I have to start my shopping on
Monday, after my eye appointment.
That's the only time DH won't be
with me.
Good afternoon, had my essential here today, she did a deep clean, feels so good to come home to a clean house after Christmas shopping, going out to dinner with friends tonight.
