I went for a walk today. It was icy in some places but mostly melting now. I think it was in the upper 40's and beautiful outside. It felt good to get some sunshine!
After losing much of my hair
to chemo, it started growing
again - but in uneven clumps!
Went to my local Fantastic Sams
and the head beautician took me
under her wing. I now have a
VERY short haircut, but one that
I can easily manage, even with
the restricted use of one arm.
DH said just the right thing
when I came home - "Hey!
You look really good!" It
feels good to start looking
good again.

Did it start to come in curly, Momala? I had a friend with stick straight hair and after chemo it came in curly, temporarily. He said it was something to do with the follicles blocking the hair and forcing its way through hence the "bend" when it comes out.
Good evening everyone, glad you got to pamper yourself and get a nice haircut momala, I heard hair can come out curly too! I went to Walmart today and I’ve noticed that Walmart and target are starting to have Lysol spray and abundance of toilet paper, paper towels and soft soap again, such a nice feeling, till it was time to check out, long lines of full carts and only two cashiers 😡
