Severe storms rolled through last night. Tornado sirens kept going off. I didn't get much sleep.

I don't really see any damage, so the worst of it missed us.

Not much happening here today. More rain is about it.

We got a drizzle overnight but could use a bit more, although I just drained off the pool a little yesterday. Enough to get the skimmers working.

Not much new here. The boys have a birthday party this weekend to attend. DH and I usually go out for Asian food but none of the Asian places around us are open to dine-in anymore. Has anyone else noticed that where you are? Well, there was one place now that I think about it.....the lady working there was very chatty and nice. I think she missed human interaction. We were the only ones there but noticed they did a lot of takeout.

Huge storm rolled through last
night around 3:00 - luckily we
missed the hail.

DH's rain gauge didn't register
anything. I'm happy that I
have a new one in the trunk
of my car for his birthday in
June. His son is coming down
for fishing next month, so
I'll have two days to fix food
that I love that DH won't eat,
like lamb, broccoli, cauli,
oysters. I think its important
for them to have some "alone"
time together.

Our county wide mask mandate expires tomorrow. It will be interesting to see what places will still require people to wear one.

 I’m sorry to hear that GG isn’t well, stinks that they canceled his mri, hope he gets in soon.   I’m sorry that happened to you, he had no right accusing you like he did.  The mail has been horrible latel, sent my daughter and son in law a anniversary card and they never received it, possibly that was what happene, but personally I wouldn’t be surprised that he never sent one and is gaslighting you.

Hope GG gets better.

The UPSP has become a policing department now. They have a group within who are reading the mail and looking for right wing group meet ups. That could account for the missing and delayed mail.

 Really!?  Isn’t that ilegal?   Especially when majority of damage has been left wingers.  I’m not doubting, just incredulous that they are doing that.

Yep. But this is the world we are living in. Going after conservatives. Social media especially. Anyone who opposes the cancel culture, blm, and supports religion and family.
