I found a new walking buddy. Liz and I both want to lose the quarantine weight that we gained, so we headed up to the "duck pond" at 6am., and did a lap. Only a mile and a quarter, but hey...it's a start. Right?
It's overcast, but thankfully not raining. We got about 5 inches over the past few days.
Watching The Tennis! Go Rafa!
I need to get a few chores done, and get my house back in order.
I hope to start working on the garden soon, too. But, it's too wet to mess with it right now.
Spent yesterday in the ER with DH. Found out he is passing a kidney stone. Relieved. Today he feels fine. Must have been some good stuff they gave him last night. It was interesting being in the ER during COVID.

Gosh, FNW! Not the way anyone wants to spend the holiday!
FMW I hear that Passing kidney stones is painful. Yikes!
FWM, 1 1/2 miles is a great start. I still can only go down the pump house and back. Not even .5 miles but all uphill on the way back. My legs are building back up.
TRUDY! How is GG?

Kidney stones are nasty
buggers! Women who've
passed them say they're
worst than labor pains!
Glad he's feeling better.
FWM - great start!
We had the first of this
year's tomato crop.
One, yes one, tomato
weighed in at 1 pound
3 ounces! It covered
the entire bread slice,
plus a little hanging
over the side. BLTs
are in our future!
Both my husband and son had kidney stones, I got the pleasure of taking both of them to the emergency room, (not the same time). My brother in law had them so many times he doesn’t even feel them anymore.
He's taking ibuprofen and will try aleve tonight. He took oxy last night but doesn't want to take too much of that stuff. I can't believe they still prescribe that with all the opioid addicts out there.
