Good morning, my pretties!

Another hot, muggy day is on the way! Thank goodness for the breeze!wink

I got my walk in. Puttering in the garden. Watching the Tennis!

Wayne's heart looks good! The doc is putting him on a medication that should stop the skipping. Yay!

Other than that, not much else is happening here.

How about you?

I hope everyone has a good day!smile

Thank you!

It sure is a relief! Wayne's Dad had a heart attack at 50. Died at 60. So, I was a little worried.

I'm very thankful for the good news!smile

Good morning! Happy that Wayne had a good report fwm! Hello Trudy, I know mittens is loved and treated well, I would get a new vet, hello momala, hope your dear husband is doing well, hello everyone.

Had a great visit in NC, couldn’t post on my phone, same problem as Lily has and didn’t have my iPad with me.

Good news on Wayne. My BP remains out of control. The other day it was 75/24 and DS found me passed out unresponsive. I ended up in the ER getting three liters of fluids. Some days it's sky high and other days way low. Found out the high BP has killed my kidneys. They're only functioning at 50%. I have an appointment with the cardiologist on Wednesday to try to figure things out.

Welcome back, Lindley! Great news on Wayne! Hope everyone is well!

We had the cotillion ball last night. #1 complained about some kid at his table talking too much but I think he tolerated the evening pretty well. They are getting pretty good at dancing with me. I met some nice parents, too. DH was feeling pretty crappy. Felt like he had to pee constantly. I suspect the stone entered his bladder. The country club where the event took place was very nice.

Hi all!! FWM happy to hear Wayne is ok! WB Lindley, glad you had fun! FNW hopefully DH’s stone will pass soon. A friend of mine had some stones and the urologist told him to drink lots of lemonade. I guess the citrus helps dissolve it. NJN are you going back to the doc? Hi Trudy and Momala!
Trying to decide if I want to grab a pizza for dinner.

Yes, I have been buying bags of lemons and had him squeeze them into his water, tea, etc. We just learned his step mother has had three of them over the years and now drinks a glass of lemon water every morning.

My Church is back to having
2nd Sunday Lunch, so I've been
tweaking some of my recipes. I
asked the butcher at my local
H-E-B grocery store to use their
band saw and cut some baby back
ribs in half. Two halves fit perfectly
in one of my favorite casseroles,
standing on end. One bottle of good
BBQ sauce over the top, covered with
foil, 350 for 75 minutes. Fall off the
bone tender!

Goodness, NJN...that sounds scary! Shouldn't they refer you to a kidney doctor?confuse

I hope they can figure out a treatment that works for you.
