September injury time. #2 dropped his waterpik on his foot. DH took him to ER facility. X-rays-nothing broken. Doc drilled three holes in toenail and drained the blood which was really hurting him. I just sent him off to school with an icepack and a flip flop in case his shoe bothers him.

Good morning! Hello fwm, Trudy and fnw.. ouch! That must have hurt, poor kid. No kiddos today, yesterday middle grandson threw up and mommy and daddy picked all of the up, probably caught it from his baby sister and still sick today. Went to my oldest grandsons soccer game last night, he scored two goals (yay!). They are so little, the other team made a score, cause our little goalie was busy playing with bugs 😂. Love watching this age.

#2 played soccer one year. He was easily distracted. It was pretty funny.

I love watching this age.   even Though it might have frustrated you a little, I bet you were amused at the same time.  The kids dad yelled stop playing with bugs, but chuckled about it too.
