My mom got her booster J&J jab Saturday. She was nauseous within 2 hours, and it lasted over night. Worse than when she got the first one. Her arm still hurts, but I told her how she could avoid that for her next jab if that becomes necessary.
I hate the mandates. People should have a choice and should not lose their job in making that choice. It makes no sense that those of us who are working from home need to get jabbed to keep our jobs. No sense at all. It's just about control. I fear for what is coming next.

Yes I agree, it is really blackmail, take the shots or get fired. Biden hasn’t signed anything to make it official yet, but a lot of companies are doing it now. I don’t like how Biden is pitting Americans against each other. Fortunately those who I’m friends with who are vaccinated is ok that others aren’t and believes it shouldn’t be mandated.
Hubby and I both have had the
2nd shot, but we still wear masks
when we are out and about. Since
so much is still unknown on how
this virus spreads, we could
unknowingly be carriers, and spread
it to others. We got rid of so many
other diseases by vaccines, when
we didn't have the information
broadcast all over the internet.
Children have to have certain
vaccines in order to attend school.
We're really not that different -
just have all sorts of other people
jamming their opinions down our
throats. People with life-threatening
allergic reactions carry an epi-pen,
yet we really don't know what is in
it, just that it works, and saves lives.
Got a sweet surprise in the mail
today. The dentist that took me
as a walk-in on Saturday for my
broken tooth sent a post-card,
saying how much they appreciated
have me in their practice. Good
manners !
That’s fine if one chooses to get one, my daughter and her husband has and some friends as well. I don’t like being forced to and businesses being punished if they don’t fire those who don’t want to. We have a business and my husband doesn’t want to in any form or fashion to force our employees to take something they aren’t comfortable. It is about power and it isn’t right. The government is blackmailing citizens to get vaccinated or lose your jobs.
