We got 2 1/5 inches of rain last night. Now we have wind warnings.

I have been attending a symposium on nutrition and supplements.

Lay off the sunscreen and sea salt! Get some sun and season with iodized salt!  And get your selenium in foods, not supplements.

Had a e 1 tornado Sunday, was over at a friends house for Bible study and we had to go down the basement, it hit a house next to us, but only took out the roof and damaged a barn.

Thanks, I was more worried about my son and family, fortunately he always checks the local weather if a storm is predicted and while we were at our friends basement, they were in ours.
