I sat out with my neighbor to pass out treats. We got about 110 kids. The weather was perfect, so it was a good night for it.
Today, the rain rolled in. Playing with Cate and doing some laundry.
My sister, Irene, was in Dallas for business, so she came for dinner last night. It was nice to see her. She hadn't seen Cate in 2 years...but Cate remembered her!
I set out the animated old butler holding a bowl and filled with candy. It spoke when someone approached him. Then I have a ghost that rises and howls which is motion activated. And DH, #2 and I went for a walk around the 'hood. It was a nice evening, but windy.
It's raining here. I voted. I noticed they are recording the names by speaking them into a digital file, in addition to scanning my driver's license. DH went first, and things were held up because a guy went to vote and was told he already voted. So the fraud is already happening. I sure hope the gap is too wide for the left to steal the vote again.
Hello all!! As of yesterday my brother has been in the hospital for 5 weeks. He’s doing much better, it was really scary for a while. He’s down to 106 pounds. He’s about 5’3” but it’s still way to skinny. He has something called short bowel syndrome. His intestines are too short to absorb any nutrients. He’s supposed to gain weight before the colostomy reversal but keeps losing.
