I got my hair cut and unloaded my ButcherBox shipment. I needed to clear out the freezer downstairs to fit it all! The turkey carcass is thawing so I can make some bone broth. It won't fit in the instant pot so I need to try to break it apart. First world problems.

Picked up the flowers for tomorrow's
funeral. Also got 2 24-packs of slider
buns, so I can make small sandwiches
for the reception. Our bell choir will be
ringing for her - she was the one who
got us started.
We expect a large attendance - her
late husband was our Priest for many
years.
The boys had a Cotillion event in Old Town Alexandria. Then we walked to King Street and had dinner at Fish Market. On our way back, the boys were acting fools and John jumped up to touch a tree and landed wrong and twisted his ankle. DH & him are on their way to ER. He can't move it without horrible pain. That's what he gets for not listening.

Hopefully, his ankle isn't broken.
He's in good company though. DS regularly finds ways to maim himself. When isn't partaking in that hobby, he's injuring himself due to refusing to listen.
Yes, #1 was refusing to listen as well which is how it happened. But he's paying the price now. So far it looks like it's a sprain. He has a follow up with the orthopedist tomorrow. We should have this group on retainer.
