Get a lawyer? Do I go to the yellow pages? I need someone who is just a generalist, to manage my contracts and make sure that all of my legal-butt is covered. I want things (like my trade name) to be official. After being jerked around at work last month I want to make sure that I am covered. How do I know if s...

Do y'all like doing puzzles? WE've started doing them as a family as we sit around and talk. If you do, what theme and size do you like? Also - would anyone be interested in a puzzle exchange?

So, after review of the full recorded events that occurred between the students and that Native American man, it appears that they were maligned without justification. More fake news. So, are all the people that posted it on Facebook going to decry the wrongness of implicating students for actua...

Good morning! So our predicted snow totals decreased to only 1' but icing has increased to .5"+. I plan on snowblowing the driveway but hired someone to do the end where the street plow piles up the wall of snow. That makes so much less stress for me. Organizing today. I've already boxed up the Chris...

If you are impacted by the shutdown - call your creditors, they are helping. As an example - Bank of America is waiving mortgage payments for up to 3 months, and car payments for up to 2 months, plus waiving overdraft charges, and increasing credit lines on credit cards while waiving fees. Good Lord, the longer I do probate work, the angrier I get at my fellow lawyers. So many dang unnecessary trusts that they charged an arm and a leg for when they were not in the least bit needed and in fact have created more of a problem than any benefit. The latest - an unfunded trust, the will leaves ev...

Okay, well, I haven't actually bought a new car but I am thinking about it. My car is almost paid off. And don't get me wrong, I LOVE my car, like more than life, it is my precious baby. But the rotary engine is so finicky, and over the past couple years everything about the car has become such a hassle. If I do...

I'm so angry this morning. We are going to Six Flags today and we invited a friend of Jojo's to go with us. She hadn't seen her in a while b/c this girl switched schools. She was soexcited.
