Raining and cold here. Thankfully, the temp is just above freezing, so no snow. I have ripe bananas, so I think I'll bake a banana bread. Oh, finally got the check from NTB, for the damage they did to my car back in early December! Yeehaw! Other than that, not much happening, in my neck of the woods.

Blah. Poor GG off to the eye doctor. I hope there is no surgery in his future.

Good afternoon! Watching the boys today, the little one has been acting out lately, today again knocked his lu over and looked at me at smirke, he definitely knows the baby will be here soon and is already starting. I put him in timeout and made him pick up his mess, he isn’t even two.

Listening to the news Trump was criticized for saying if abortion was made illegal that the women having abortions should be punished. He has since walked back the statement that the doctors should be punished not the women, the women are victims as well. I guess this is to be inline with the pro lif...

The Mary Bells, from my home Church, traveled 87 (or more) miles to ring at the new sanctuary for the Baptist Church that was the victim of the shooting in 2017. The Church was PACKED! Standing room only! The congregation gave us a resounding round of applause. They had never heard a hand bell choi...

Interesting start to the day. I dropped off DD at the HS for practice before her Drill Competition. When we arrived at the school there firetrucks were on the scene. A pile of building material was on fire (school is under going renovations, hence building material) The fire although contained ou...

Everyone is gone but Jewel, Aaron, and I. The house is weirdly quiet. Weird cravings, too. I want Taco Bell meximelts, and Krystal burgers with cheese and extra mustard. Hope everyone is having a good day. Happy Wednesday.

Last surviving member of the Kingston Trio died at 85. For you young members that group may not mean much but it was a powerful force in the 50's and 60's. RIP

Folks are playing crashy cars in DFW. You can barely see 100 feet. Hair cut at one. I'm dragging. I was up all night watching The Tennis. Go Rafa! The news coverage is getting on my last nerve. I guess I'll turn it off.

We have the loudest birds lately! But their songs are pretty. The other night, an owl was on our carport. Sat on the cabinet out there most of the night. It didn't leave an invitation to Hogwarts, though. Yucky is our weather for the next few days. Cold and wet. Happy Friday!

Yay. Storm dumped about 6+ inches on us but it's the light fluffy stuff. It didn't take long to clear the driveway and sidewalk. And with the sun the residual should melt down to clear pavement. Tomorrow will be in single digits so if not melted today it will turn to ice. A bit sore from clearing the s...

Yup. After a foot of snow, it's going to rain. That will be fun. Here is a really fun pic from 'Snowmageddon' or however you would spell that. Don't you think that after the first few they would stop sending them? 12 stranded busses. All in the same place.
